I have climbed the great wall!

nO, not climbed, CONQUERED. 888m of it. i have proof. brought 'it' back home :)

I would love to go back to china-esp beijing again and admire the breathtaking scenery again.



I admire the Chinese culture there. So diverse, so highly spoken of, so madly interesting.



I cant help but laugh at this one stand-out China taxi driver. His accent was so humorous, and my dad couldnt help but tease him that he continuously drove like a tortoise on crutches to admire the many 'mei nu's.' that flocked Beijing's streets.



I have played with snow too.

Artificial snow.

It was so much fun. hua xue-ing at full speed down the slippery slope and feeling the wind throw itself against your face which just makes you wanna go that every bit faster, and making sure that your body was balanced every second of the way, was challenging yet exciting.

Got a few bumps and bangs and bruisers and blisters and buttcrams, but it was all worth it :)



Back in spore...

I treated myself to a movie- twilight! with daryl, beauhrhys, amos, ryan and brandon.

During the movie, when edward cullen made his entrance by striding into the canteen, a group of girls 'WOOOOEEEYed!!' at the top of their voices. Daryl said that they must have come from some twilight fan club haha.


P.S. I would love to watch it again. Invitations please? =)

Bolt was amazing!


To create a meaningful and memorable movie is by no means easy, and somehow by watching bolt, with the-person-who-deliberately-made-me-wait-for-a-nice-and-long-40mins, ahemmm, i found myself longing for more, i was wishing for it to just go on and on. but wtv. it was good to be finally out of that freeezing cinema. lot 1's a freezer i can tell you that. brr.


To think that i will have finally been 'upgraded' in 3 months time. Its quite a strange feeling, when after so long ive been contemplating sneaking past those stone-faced movie attendants into those elusive nc16 theatres and then changing my mind at the last second, knowing that i'd feel really guilty. when the opportunity has finally been handed to me, and im indifferent and unaffected when im supposed to be celebrating this long-awaited 'pass' of mine. oh dear me.


urgh. okay i admit it. ramblings.


To feel like you have never felt before. Its new, fragile as glass, yet sweet. If i had the chance to frame up something anything in my memory, i would have, without a doubt, chosen that moment in time. no question. im not going to let go of anything again, or anyone. or at least i'll try. keeping promises and vows can be such a pain sometimes. but its a learning step that ive got to take, whether i like it or not. i dont.



What is with this post? lol uhm anyway. i spent 56.90 today! and of all the things i could have spent on in the world, i splashed the cash on a game. omg! i feel so guilty. ahh.

My eyes are closed.


It was daryls birthday bbq at his house, and he invited me, beaurhys, ben wee and ryan. I'll just post a couple of photos here and let them do the talking, cos the singapore v indonesia match is on and i cant cant cant miss it.










Abbey acting emo :D The dog's a he, but daryl and his family only found out that abbey was a girls name much later and so yea it kinda stuck.

Zhi bin there. I think he looks dam tense la.


Zhi bin and his grand piano. It was pretty amazing, and unreal at the same time, considering what he was looking at.


Gee. This is what he played during his performance. Whatever that is. Oh and theres like 20 more sheets of these. Music notes or not i cant say for sure, but my grade 5 piano pieces certainly look way easier.


Bought him after catching wildchild at vivo. He hasnt been named yet sadly. Found the show pretty bitchy, in a funny sort of way haha. Perfect for those looking to target those acbc, snobbish, pain in the wherever, or just plain dumb people back at school with more insults.



Got this book at borders after the movie. By J.K. Rowling. Okay pretty obvious right.
I wonder. Would u pay $14.95 for this book? Hmm.

Okay i'll face it. I am not in the blogging mood right now, (am i?), thanks to @#$% and #%^&*^&, (these arent those mean words mind you), as seen from the lack of movement, (if im not wrong, the last post was stuck on nov the 22nd?), but for the sake of a mini revival, (wow its been 12 days), its time to post.


Yesterday, (or was it 2 days ago? i forget. oh nvm.) oswald and i finally met up at around 11+pm at his void deck and got our respective psps back. its been a while, about 3-4 months. it was quite a silly swap on my part actually, mine full of games for his gameless-memory stick-less psp. so i had to resort to inserting my own umd's into his psp to pass the time. but he was a good friend of mine and hey, what are friends for. i dont know what umd stands for, but they're simply these little round game cartridges for psps.


Then a couple of weeks ago we met up somewhere in orchard and he told me that he had deleted everything in my psp. okay, everything except the skin with the hugely delicious hash brown on it and i was like -__-" 'thanks la buddy' while he stood there laughing away like a crazy cow.


Moo.


And thanks to a fren, i realised http://www.aimini.net/ is a really good site to grab those songs we so desperately crave for. its like so good. i was up one night downloading and downloading and getting so excited and yeah, once again forgetting that it was way past bedtime.


Also, my holiday has been confirmed. Going to beijing! We initially decided on korea, but then after a little discussion here and there we ended up with beijing. anyway, scaling the great wall would be something worth trying. by my standards, i must clear at least the first 1000 steps. lol okay kidding, i hope the first 50 or so dont kill me, cos i havent been exercising at all this year. they say youre no man if youve not managed to go from start to finish. haha bring it on man. no wall shall beat me. im gonna step all over you :D


i think its jeremy whos going on a tour to 3 different states in america or smth. and mark must be having the fun of his life in australia by now, not forgetting ryan, who has left his footprints all over sea world, dream world and movie world. gee. everyones enjoying themselves, i can hardly wait for my holiday to begin. oh lovely december, lets put you to good use shall we? i will not waste you. =]
