With part of lang arts and part of c maths and chem gone, a new horror has emerged. That is, c maths paper 2. If i dont do well im dead. Um okay actually if i dont do well for any of the papers i'll be dead, cos that will mean a date for 2 weeks with either mr keith tan, bose or ms au. I find Keith tan really funny but weird, in a positive way, bose is definitely not funny, and ms au is trying to be funny. (well she fails miserably at that of course.) Oh and ms au sounds like a M-A-N when she laughs. Its something like hearing 'HurHurHurrrr', around 8 octaves below middle c on the piano. Kinda scary. So i'd rather be at home gaming. Duh. Who wouldnt?
It rained like mad today! We had to take the pledge in the exam hall. And we started the exam late, so we ended late. We also had to sit in the same spot for 2h and 45 mins for chem so i had to resort to using the toilet all the way at the boarding school when it finally ended. (overcrowding tsktsk.) i never heard of overcrowding in toilets before today. of free food and free movie tickets yes, but toilets? not exactly.
Ihs topic was easy. Too easy. Haha.
Anyway, im going to make a few bets.
1)Raikonnen to win the race on sunday, not massa, not hamtaro (hamilton). omg im lame.
2) Liverpool to win 2-1 at goodison. EH better win ah. (although its most likely going to end in a 1-1 draw.)
3) Me to win a Ferrari cap. I hope i didn waste money on those smses. ~~

Okay wow, tomorrow's hornest (honours) day, lol, where the best at sports and games get a nice little reward for their hard work and effort- which is most likely a $50-$100 borders book voucher. Ah, but it depends on how u look at it. A $100 voucher can get you 2 whole sets of the vampire series by steph meyer. one for yourself and the other set for a friend. That kinda reminds me that I have yet to break the 300 page barrier of twilight, which so happens to be the first book of the installment. but nvm, theres a time and place for everything. reading sprees shall resume on the 8th of oct. =] And there are no lessons tml.
Yesterday, we had CIP at the back of macritchie reservoir, and then i told my grandpa to meet me at macritchie reservoir, so yeah. it made things quite complicated. one of my teachers told us that the monkeys attack anything that looks like food, even plastic bags. and that day we had swimming but i left my tiger towel in the locker. but luckily we werent attacked or anything, so i had no regrets. uh anyway, here are some picts.

Manh hoang was super funny la. cos he and dinh tried to carry khoa, who was trying to wrap his hands and legs around the stick but it broke. then all of a sudden manh hoang did this. I could compete with you one day Jun yu, but then again, maybe not. Okay tata.

Three wishes, what will they be?
1) No eoys. (so that we all have a longer lifespan) 2) No teachers (so that we cant be taught in the first place) 3) Another 3 wishes.
4) No school. (so we can have dota match, after dota match, after dota match- or whatever it is that you play lah. Um nope i dont play dota, not anymore.) 5) No diseases. (lol. but im sure getting sick is the last thing on your mind yes?) 6) Everybody to live happily ever after.
Haha okay somethings wrong with me. I think its because my phone got confiscated in the morning during chapel, then the teacher returned me and warned me not to use it again or he'll take it away forever and then bose scolded me for 'talking' in her class, which i didnt, and then scolding me again for getting my phone confiscated and then stared at me for so long that i was so scared that her eyes would burn two cute oval-shaped holes in my face.
whoo. im out of breath.

Today i was at the dining table when my brother came up to me and strangled my eraser. Yep, it got strangled alright. Nothing significant happened today, so i'll put a picture up here and let the the picture do the talking.

but wait a min, something significant did happen after all. liverpool beat man utd to claim 1st place! (for 5 hours at most, but its more than i can ask for already) :cD

I still remember the time where I left my facebook account for dead for almost a whole month and got kicked out of fb as a result. Hmph so mean. But nvm, created a new one (:
It looks like Ms Au has taken over our favourite Lang Arts B class and Mr Keith Tan's lesson on Monday. Such a pity. I think the lang arts B teacher has some real guts to be turning up for class without fail, she gets bullied everywhere she goes, and by everyone she meets at every second of the day. Mwahaha.
I almost forgot, have i mentioned this before? She banned me from going to the toilet during her lesson because i 'betrayed her trust.' Somehow she found out about the time where I excused myself and said i needed the toilet, but I headed for the canteen instead where I mass bought 6 packets of popcorn chicken for myself and 5 other classmates. Tsktsk. She's not so gullible after all.

1) I scored my 3rd goal in 3 consecutive matches. yippee that has been my best record ever. but credit to desmond, without his composure and crosses i would have ended up with a big fat kosong. but thats usually what happens to me after most soccer matches anyway. yay to desmond too.
2) Sat with Wei Chuen during HCL lesson. He's still as observant as ever lol.
3) Bose was being herself again, no change here.
4) Ms Au was keeping a close eye on me throughout her lesson. either she's just doing her job as a teacher or she's trying to insinuate to me that she's secretly in love. with me. eew omg i hope its neither.
5) Mr mike was dam funny today, someone remind me to switch my voice recorder on for his next lesson.
6) Ryan, beaurhys, jonathan and I went down to the canteen and bought stuff to munch on. came back late for chem, and our chem teacher didn even ask why. awesome.
7) Mr keith tan's lesson was fine, funny at times.
8) I was blocking the stairs to the upper deck so this old guy who was standing in the middle of the staircase got quite agitated and kept muttering something in dialect. okay then we got off the bus and walked off in opp. directions. after a while, i somehow bumped into him again and he was staring at me with his cold hard eyes. i wanted to get home asap, so i looked down at my malgudi days book and ignored him. on another day, maybe i'll consider staring back at him, and see what happens after that. =]
Yup thats about it. And I may be going to joel's house tml. okay tata.

Thanks to you, i finally found a good way to memorise the amphoteric oxides.(:
As we all know, the amphoteric oxides are lead, zinc, and aluminium, and they can react with both acids and alkalis to form salts.(oh gosh i hope im right.) right?
my problem is, i keep forgetting that barium isnt an amphoteric oxide, over and over again.
So i seeked professional help! Lol.
My friend advised me: 'L' for Lead 'Z' for Zinc 'A' for Aluminium
And remember 'LAZ-Y' from the word (Lazy), with the 'y' inserted to make things easier. I thought it was pretty smart.
But why remember LAZ-Y when u can remember LAZY. yeah? Without the hyphen?
So i asked if i was an amphoteric oxide as well, since my name started with a 'Y'. This way all i needed to remember was a simple 'lazy'. Lol haha. Problem solved.
Okay yup thats all. I feel quite accomplished today.

I almost forgot to mention my new tuition teacher, who has the same surname as me. All right yeah. My previous teacher had to make the first trip back home to renew his work permit or something so he very kindly saved me and my grandma the trouble and found a great replacement for us (so far), which so happens to be his roommate. My grandma commented that the both of them look very boy-ish, and very friendly. My new teacher even brought his cert along to um, certify that he had a degree in teaching and was no from-the-ulu-kampong-village kind of teacher. Cool stuff.
For the first lesson, which was yesterday, I showed him, or rather, he showed me, what he was capable of, such as explaining things right down to the finest detail, impressing me at the same time, his passion in teaching, his calm collected-ness (?) and speaking super fast. Really fasst. So he asked me if i wanted him to speak a little slower but i said i was okay. He also occasionally arches his back and looks up at me, while i look down at him, but hey, i thought he was the teacher? Lol.
Im not saying its wrong, its just... a little awkward from a student's point of view dont u think? And his glasses are round. A perfect circle. i think. which he sometimes sets on the table and then goes on to squint at the small tiny words on the answer sheet. after that he'll put them on again and smile. and. who tucks in his shirt on a hot summer's day in singapore? ha okay i know, my teacher's crazy. xD
Thats all for my teacher. Next lesson on tue and he left me with quite a bit to complete. he also happened to kidnap the answer sheet so people like me cant 'refer' to it. Yeah. okay bye. Tata.

Wow. I havent posted in a while, have i?
There's quite a lot that happened over the past few days, and I don't know where to begin.
Friday- Met up with 6i people- yuan ming, shane, oswald, tingwei, binglin, marc teow, guoxin, parry and thuan seng at ny. Of the lot, yuan ming has definitely changed/evolved/transformed the most, parry had to remind me that the person I mistook to be an ordinary stranger was him. And he's like 180+ now. Everyone say 'oooh'. I look up to him in both ways- as a friend and literally. Hmm.
Yang lao shi was there, and the first thing she said when saw me was 'eh ban zhang!' Haha. She still remembers. Then i found out that my friends had taken a group shot together, while I was roaming in the canteen. Ahh. But its odd to get everyone together again and retake, so i bluetooth-ed it over to my phone.
Saw ms alice chong too, and she was delighted to see us. She gave each of us a chocolate chip cookie, cold but yea it warmed our hearts nevertheless =]
I miss those times. I miss the laughter, the friendship, the 'teachership', and the getting lost parts too. Really proud to have graduated from ny.
I shan't comment on Clone Wars. Parry claims he didnt fall asleep, but i knew he did. He was so much more alive after that, after some quality resting time. Pigpigpig. Guoxin ran off to join someone. I think. Ahemahem.
They crashed parry's house after that.
Saturday- Joined mum for a simple and enjoyable merengue dance with the intellectually disabled, roughly 20 of them were seen jumping and applauding with delight when the group of us, around 20 as well, stepped in. And yah i was wearing my specs, they jumped. I was a little apprehensive at first, but as time went by i realised sheepishly there was really nothing to be afraid of and relaxed. Found out that my mum is a really imba teacher. ^^
Step-by-step we went, and step-by-step they followed. First without music, then when most of them were able to get it, we brought in the radio. There was this guy who had a really good sense of rhythm and was counting really loudly, then he did not realise that we stopped the radio, changed track and started again, so he was counting '5,6,7!' when we were like at 1,2,3. But nvm, we all make mistakes. =)
Aunty debbie brought her dogs there, and they're both cute and adorable. Um no they're not intellectually disabled. She told us that her dogs have a part-time career in modelling. Yup no kidding. When u shine yr camera at them, their ears will automatically shoot up. You move yr camera away, their ears relax. Its damn cool.

This one's Trouble. Oh man if this was trouble i'd gladly involve myself in it everyday.
Sunday- Liverpool drew Aston Villa. > < nil-nil somemore.
Yeah, thats about it. Tata.
