Hey all. We had a new classmate on monday. This classmate of ours doesn't speak english, or any language familiar to the human ear and as a result, asking for 'his' name was harder than expected. So we assumed that the newcomer was a 'he', after all acs is a boys school and the deep growls and barks he made and failure to make proper conversation resulting in more deep barks and growls made us pretty certain he was the male of his kind. Quite unexpected really, neither we nor our teachers were expecting him. Oh. And this is what he did to everyone who came too close.

Hahahaha. Including the chem teacher, but instead of screaming, ms chua smiled. Hmm funny funny weird weird.
Thursday was SIBF. I'll get straight to the point. We got GOLD! Oh joy!
As Jasper would aptly put it, 'Nicee one!' Yeah we are through to the finals, along with 3 other bands, Maris Stella Alumni Band, some Hong Kong Tom Lee Band and some Thai Band i think, who got a silver each. Justin was saying that we have to win it now that we've come so far and so close. Our final showcase will be at Esplanade, and i shall not miss any more notes. :]
Acjc, on the other hand, finished 5th or 6th and just missed out on the top 4 slots. We prepared the exact same song as acjc did for the final piece and jia ying played the 'sakura' part so much better than i did, but we were the ones who advanced to the next round. Were we that good? Huh really ah? Gold leh. We were still asking each other the same question on the ride back at home. That was like at 11:15! So late late late. Then we were not given 'a day off' at school to our dismay. So here i am, giving myself a good, well-deserved break. Hehe.
Okay i better be off to school now. ~~
