Hey. Lang arts b rocked today. She was saying something about us 'testing her patience' and i blurted out 'isnt that a good thing?' haha. Got sent out of class for that. So while i was outside decided to spend my time wisely i prepared for the dr lee li eng speech later in the afternoon. I was really worried, and having to speak in chinese wasnt going to help me. After about 20 mins, the teacher mistakenly thought i learnt my lesson and called me in. Haha. Apparently not.
At the end of the class she wanted 2 mins of silence before giving us the nod to leave.
Rajat and another person pressed their digital watches, making an incessant 'beep beep beep beep' sound, where we realised, with a laugh, she simply couldnt hear high-pitch noises. So some of the others started making other random, lower pitch noises and she kept having to restart the '2mins of silence'. Then i whipped out my phone and played a cool 3 second tune, where she once again miserably failed to pick up. In the end she got so exasperated that she just resorted to giving us a stern warning and released us. Hehh. Her definition of 'stern' couldnt be much better- Me and a few others were still busy chuckling away at the back.
Great days. Yet another lang arts b lesson tml. Yet another 40mins of fooling around, joke cracking, bone-tickling session. Smiles on yr faces everyone!
Oh yar. At around 3 pm, i entered the pc room where they were holding the lee li eng auditions with a confident look on my face. An hour later, i chickened out and ran away and went to buy yoghurt. xD I think i was experiencing an earthquake of 9000 on the Richter Scale. No wonder i couldnt even hold my cup of yoghurt properly. Spilled some on my shirt ._.
I guess there's always a first for everything. But as luck would have it, the 'maiden voyage' is always the most terrifying of all, sadly.
