Above are ringtones that wake pple up every rise n shine. I set 4 other alarms (not the ones above) ready the night b4 but all four failed to wake me up! gahh and yesterday was my scl's founder's day and i had to cont sleepin like a pig. I arrived late. The door to the bandroom was locked and teow refused to open it so i sat outside with a couple of others who also couldnt play as they forgot to wear proper attire- joel, ian and some sec1. bleargh.
Ian and joel and I then went to explore the school. The roof access area rocked- we had to climb up and down ladders and duck under wires and watch our footing until we eventually arrived back at the audi. Super fun stuff, something i would want to try again. Ian tell me the other passage lei. =p
After the whole ruddy thing and embarrassing myself by trying to sell band xmas concerts cd's, I met up with 2 of my sec1 juniors daniel han and febryan. Febryan sotong-ishly hopped onto 74 while daniel and I got on to 14 but luckily both buses stopped at dover mrt station. Haha.
!@#$%^ I hate bus drivers! My bad history with buses entered a new chapter yesterdaay. Seriously they are such an ass to people like me n other note and coin dependers. LOL. Most of them. As i was holding a 50cent and a 20cent, i lazily chucked it into the money eating machine.
Then the bus driver growled, "90cents."
I retorted, saying, "Im a kid, SIR." OMG. i actually addressed him as that. Might be because he didn appear as so much of an ass to me at that time. Well. The loser continued in that sick gruff voice of his, "Show me ez-link card." I tell you it was so single-toned and 'dronish' and sick(again) i really felt like donating my ears to the deaf.
Okok if u say so boss. I rummaged for the card in my front pouch. The bus jerked at a turn which caught me by surprise and i almost lost my footing. I glared at him. I think my newfound irritated self helped me in my search and i shoved it right in front of his face. He didn look impressed and told, no, ordered me to tap it against the ruddy sensor. So i did as i was told, nono, ordered.
Even his sensor was causing me problems. Only after refreshing the system abt 3 times did it work. Then i looked expectatly at that pea head. 'There. I paid for yr fee. Now be a man and return me the coins.' I thought. Argh. If only it had blurted out of my mouth. His pudgy finger reached onto the 'accept' button and with a deafening 'KA-CHING', the coins fell further into the money eating machine. OI MY MONEY. dammit. u really are a big bad ASS.
I was in a long-sleeved white shirt n long black pants at that time so i had second thoughts abt starting up a fight and walked slowly to the back of the bus. The doors opened and i srsly I felt much better after hopping off the bus. Met up with febryan and zoomed to tiong bahru plaza.
Watched The eye. Umm its the name of a movie. A horror show that supposedly scared everyone away just by lookin at the poster so in the end, the total no. of people in the cinema, excluding the 3 of us, was 6! hooray! It made me much scarier of course but sadly the movie couldnt bring it to us. The only really scary part was when sydney wells (jessica alba) was looking thru the peephole at this male shadow which suddenly threw itself at the door/her. I jumped!
Febryan was so scared he covered his eyes n ears whenever there was a scary part hahaha. Chicken =D paaak pak pak pak kei!
After the movie i lent daniel $10 as he did not have enough for his lin jun jie cd. Then when febryan's parents arrived to bring us to his house, he ran away. 0.0 leaving me all alone. Luckily i didn feel paiseh. His parents were v nice. I also learnt that febryan could speak four languages! Eng, chi, indo and teochew. Thumbs up. Had dinner at his house and his father kindly offered to bring me home. Why thankew.
Ok. Im still really pissed at the bus driver. Get him fired people. Rahh.
