Yes its okay again! I messed up most of the settings of the html then i started to panic but then i somehow fixed it! I'm a genius. My tagbox is too short i find. I wanna reduce the scroll size but keep the shape of the tagbox. Oh wells. I'm veryvery lost as usual.
I think i'll quickly write abt my trip. U dont want to see me write abt my sleeping and snoring today right? Haha okay quickly. I'm running out of time!
Visited Dara! I think it was my favourite part of the trip. It was so enjoyable there. Its supposed to be a scl visit n cultural exchange, then Ben and I got the HONOUR of showcasing our big talent with our duet performance. he play guitar i play bassoon. Actually on that day i was already getting very pissed n bu shuang cos i had to carry my heavy instrument for 2 days. No wonder i keep getting backaches lar!
We played a soundtrack from a fantasy game then when we repeated the 2nd time i change notes here n there n here n there, in front of a group of abt 30? Around there la. I felt much better playing the 2nd time cos I could play anything i wanted to instead of like making sure u stick to the same notes all the time. Yep. I loVed the applause. Then just when rajat was abt to introduce the 2 chinese scholars to the Dara pple, i grabbed the mic from him n then started thanking everyone. thanku thanku thanku. hahaha i still dunno why i did that.
Soon after the Dara pple performed their cultural dance. I dunno how to describe that not really heh. We had a quick snack and some time to interact with the Dara pple. I was the 1st to get my cup of hot milo n sandwich cos i chiong-ed and then finished b4 any1 else sat down. Haha. Soon more pple joined me n we had a good time laughing n tryin to pronounce each other's names. xD like 'mint' and how do u say 'khoa'? eh is not the GUA from yr watermelon okay!
We played 3 games. like every few mins or so then rotate. 'Kick the bucket', and papa snake mama snake n boing boing i think. Haha omg paiseh i forgot what they were called. But nvm right. U get the idea. In 'kick the bucket', which also isnt its proper name >.<, we split into groups of then 1 from each team will be blindfolded n u will have to trust yr other teammates to tell u where to uh kick the bucket! Then halfway the Dara person in charge of the game will start changing the position of the bucket which makes it more challenging la. When the game started i was still standing there but i still kicked the bucket down 1st! Yay!
Oh yes we also played duckduck goosegoose. It was very funny. I managed to catch one of the people who threw the cloth at me yeehah. =D
We played a bit of basketball before the teachers called us over for the badge exchange. We were told to line up and then walk over to the Dara friend opp. u n pin the badge above the shirt pocket. Lcuky my teacher bought new badges for us to give so i didn have to give mine phew. Yeah so we exchanged! Then all of the acs pple had 2 badges except me! I was standing there looking lost n after the exchange i was still standing there looking lost. Then someone spotted me and told the teachers i didn have one. Omg the next part was super embarrassing! I refuse to say! I shall keep it to myself. xD
Next they showed us around their scl where we were greeted with smiling faces n friendly waves. So of course i waved back. They also have boarding schools eeek. The one that i was trapped in for 2 yrs with THAT teacher is bad enough for anyone okay so steer clear of boarding schools. I learnt some new camera poses instead of the usual 'cheese' n found that they really liked it hehe. I also learnt some history of their scl which they were also very excited to tell us all abt it.
Aww. Then all too soon it was time to go. I quickly exchanged contacts with the new frens i made n some of them who i didn speak to came forward n asked me for mine n after more last min shots n more shots we had to board the bus. I had a really good time =D
